Let’s take a walk today.

A bit of organ and a bit of ocean for today. Pachelbel’s Toccata in Eminor played by Dale Burkholder.

Thank you to my organ teacher Carolyn Slaugh for this piece. I play it often. Her husband passed away recently and I have dedicated it to Philip Slaugh. Rest in peace.

In conservative churches this was a hymn used to “change” sinners (fix you). But now I look at this hymn as one of hope Here I am warts and all – You made me – Use me.

I have so many stories about this hymn. May I just say “Thank you Marsha for sharing it with me.”
