This is my “go-to” prelude when the congregation gets too loud during the prelude….

Today we hear about Jesus healing the man with an unclean spirit. It is the first miracle that the gospel of Mark records.

Today we start with the reluctant prophet Jonah and end with 4 disciples dropping everything to follow Jesus. Who are we?

It is amazing how often things happen at midnight. Here we are on the brink of a new year and reflecting on that midnight many years ago in Bethlehem. Keep the spirit of Christmas into the new year.
