Today we travel to Birmingham, England to hear the parish organ at St. Anne’s church playing the German Chorale Ach Gott und Herr. INJoy.

Today is the Sixth Sunday of Easter and we hear the powerful story of the Holy Spirit coming upon the non-Jews giving everyone in the world hope to become the children of God. May God richly bless you today.

Let’s face it – organ recitals (or concerts) can be boring. Especially if the music is (hum) “unfamiliar”. So I reimagined Hollywood themes as parts of a church service. Today is “the Offering” which most people are busy looking for as many coins to put in the metal offering plate while talking and ignoring the organist….. Smile!

What a beautiful phrase “come unto me and rest”. Here I am playing Jason W. Krug’s beautiful arrangement of this hymn. Please take the moment and rest.

We were planning to have a Handbell based worship service with the Epworth Ringers and Silver Bells. Instead I put together a hymn festival based on some of the favourite hymns of my choir. Enjoy and may God bless you richly.
