Growing up the churches in the area held a join Good Friday worship service from noon to 3. The sermons were based on the 7 last words of Christ. Today’s video highlights those last words. Take the time today to reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus.

Tonight we remember Jesus’ last meal, prayer in the garden, arrest and trials. We are using an online Tenebae format with the light going out of the world. May God bless you.

In 2020, the pandemic forced the closure of our church weeks before Palm Sunday. I created this video of the music the choir was to present. I am repeating it this year in hopes you will be blessed by it.

Have mercy on me O God – Psalm 51 is (in my opinion) one of the most beautiful passages in the Bible. A plea for God’s mercy which we have in Christ Jesus. May God bless you on your Lenten journey.
